500 Fast Cash Loans ripoff destroyed loan credit Carson City Nevada
I applied for a loan with 500 Fast Cash. I was approved that day and never recieved the money to my account as promised. I call the company to inquire why and they asked me to fax them a voided check to verify account number. I did. They rebuttled with denied for the reason that my address was not on the check. I tried to apply for another loan and couldn't due to the fact that they were on a teletrack report as an outstanding obligation. I called and talked to a supervisor and they stated that they would have it removed. One week later I tried to apply for a loan and was denied for the teletrack report wich still has them on. I am still currntly fighting with supervisors and will be looking into a small claims lawsuit against them.

Teletrak takes a while to get information removed from a report, the company who filed the inquiry must fax or send a simple sheet to remove the info from teletraks system but it may take a while to process. If they cannot process your request to remove the inquiry from your report you may also check with the lending agency you are attempting to get a loan out with if they would accept some sort of notice from 500 fast cash that they are in the process of removing your teletrak inquiry because you did not recieve a loan from them. GOOD LUCK

Payday loans are not a good idea. I realize that they may be the only available option for some. If you are ever able to be approved for one of these loans, please be careful and be absolutely sure that the loan can be repaid on time. Carefully read the disclosures and loan agreements before you sign anything.
Read through some of the reports on this site as to how rough these outfits can be if you miss a payment.
Good luck.
