Complaint Review: 500 Fast Cash

I was unfortunate to use the service 500 fast cash PDL. I borrowed $300 and was under the impression that I would make $90 bi-weekly payments till the loan was paid in full. They only accept drafts, so they drafted my account on the 1st and 15th each month. Then last month no draft. I went to their website to check my balance, and guess what. The website does not work. Nor does it list an address, phone number, or any way to contact them directly. I figured I was done. Then this morning, I checked the balance of my checking account online as I always do daily, and there was a transaction for $585 that I didnt know about. Called the bank to find out what it was, and they said 500 fast cash. What the? I have no way to contact them, and I can either let them get away with this or file a complaint to the BBB. Anyone with help or dealings with them that care to share with me? Please do. What a scam!!
