Complaint Review: 500 FAST CASH

In a moment of desperation I filled out an application for this company. However, after referencing Ripoff Reports I decided not to go forward with the loan. I never signed anything electronically. In fact I was told that the only way I would be eligible is if I faxed a copy of my check stub, which I never did.

Since the account I had noted was a savings account, I didn't pay much attention to it thinking that the loan had never gone through. About 3 months later, I noticed that the funds had been deposited against my wishes and that payments in the amount of $60 had been being withdrawn without my knowledge. When confronted with this issue, the company stated that I had accepted the loan and the $60 was the service fee that I had agreed to. I never agreed to any of this.

The website states that in order to complete your loan and get your cash, you MUST confirm your loan details. It also states that you will receive an e-mail with your username and password. I did not receive any information to confirm nor did I receive an e-mail, I can't even access the site. Stay far, far away from this company, they should be put out of business. They are totally unscrupulous!
