50dollarlogo.com 50dollarlogo.com Refund promised after 21 days of poor design services, nothing after 5 weeks Internet

After paying for the $50 logo design service and paying the expedited fee to turn it around in 3 days, I am more than sorry I ever considered this company. My own fault that I didn't research this company enough. After not listening to any requests I wanted, I requested a refund and on 9/29, 50dollarlogo.com stated they sent my information to the "Concern Department" and my refund could take up to 21 days.


Its now been 5 weeks since this has happened. Their 2 day turn around response via email has turned into 7-8 days. Every email states how sorry they are that I didn't like their designs (aka - sh*t).


I just got an email from them stating they needed my credit card to process my new order.


My boyfriend happens to work in the IT field and let's just say we've been brainstorming a persuasive way to convince them to refund my money.
