Beware. This company has poor customer service and will not stand behind it's products. I ordered a package and was assured a 3 day turnaround. Well, needless to say that was over three weeks ago and I still do not have my final logo. When I finally get the "24 hour online operator" Mark, he will be very assuring until I mention that I am unhappy with the service and the logos. He will always disconnect on me and go offline for a couple of hours. When they do finally send you your "final" logo file, it will be in some god awful unknown format that has to be "unzipped" but that even winzip can not recognize. I emailed them and told Mark on the live chat that I wanted to excercise my money back guarantee option, I have never heard back as far as email and Mark again disconnected. I definitely would not refer them to anyone and advise anyone thinking of using them to RUN.

I contacted them online again two days ago. I asked for the money back guarantee. They said that they couldn't do it because they had already sent me my final files. I told them that they had sent them in an unknown file that could not be opened (again, found out that they had sent them in an unknown but corrupt file). They assured me that I was top priority and would recieve them in 24 hours. It's been 48 and still have heard nothing. I got online this morning and talked to Mark once again and explained that I haven't gotten it yet. He said for me to hold on and he would check on it. Of course, he disconnected. Now, online support is "Offline". I got smart and started printing out all of our last two online conversation transcripts. This company IS A SCAM. Please do not use them. You will be sorry.
