Complaint Review: 511TacticalDirect.com

I ordered from this company on Friday, October 31, 2008 at 10:15 AM and received an email to confirm the order. The order was correct. On November 04, 2008 at 6:38 PM I received another e-mail with the shipping confirmation. On this e-mail the order was wrong. The 2 shirts which I ordered was green and they shipped black.

I had to pay for the return shipping, which I did on or about November 08, 2008. I also sent several emails and called. I NEVER received a call back. I called and spoke with Keith who said the shirts would be shipped the week of December 1, 2008. The shirts did not come. I called on December 9, 2008 and spoke with Keith again who said the shirts are on back order. I told him I wanted a credit back to my credit card. He said he was processing it then.

AS OF 12/11/2008, I have never had a reply to e-mails (6 total) or a return call ( 10 total), and I have not received my shirts or a charge back to my account.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
