I have repaired septic systems for 17 years. While servicing the neighboring residence I noticed the state of this property's septic tank. It had long since deteriorated to nothing and what remained were 4 pipes that actively pump sewage into the creek. I informed the resident at the time whom told me it was scheduled for repair. This was in November of 2016. In recent passing I discovered this had not been fixed. So any potential buyer needs to be informed of this prior to purchase because of the substantial fines that follow discovery until repair.
