I hope this report will be helpful to anyone considering buying a unit at Nautica Condo, 5970 Indian Creek Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33140. After renting at this building for one year, I was shocked to learn of all the ongoing problems. They changed the management company and it is still just as bad as before, if not worse!
