This is regarding a distributor for Vibram Five Finger Shoes.
Very well done website, you don't even realize you are ordering from China until you place the order. I have bought many items directly from China that were excellent and delivered quickly, but this site is fraudulent. They sent me a different shoe than what I ordered, and this shoe is possibly counterfeit. The manufacturer, VIbram, thinks that the site is counterfeit. After sending six communications they finally responded and have refused to exchange the item they sent.
They have said via email that since the prices are so good, I need to accept what I am sent!. If I want to return it I have to pay shipping to China, even though the site says on every page "Easy Return" and on the shipping page, and give instructions (but no address) to return items.
The item is not remotely similar to what I ordered, and is suspiciously small for the stated size. I doubt I would ever see a dime if I tried to return the item. BEWARE this is a fraudulent site!
