5starselectronics.com is ripping off their customers big time Mountain View California
I'm writing to make a complaint to this website: 5starselectronics.com. They sold me a Sony Laptop computer in 2004 along with an extended 3 year warranty. When I tried to use the warranty, I can NO LONGER get hold of the any living soul from this company. They appeared to be taking your money and run, run, run! I wonder if someone is interested to start a class action against this company since I've heard a number of complaints on them. Warranty fee I paid was $399 and consider that a waste of money to feed a bunch of rats!
