5th 3rd bank Refi nightmare and still no end in sight cincinnatti, Ohio
I just wanted to let everyone know out there if your trying to go through a refi w/Fifth 3rd Bank, Think Twice. It has been 3 months and I'm still waiting, having done all that they have asked.They nail you 1st with a 350$ + application fee the shellaquing begins. They have had paperwork go back and forth from underwriting to loan administrators to me and back again. They have pulled multiple credit reports ruining my credit, no one returns phone calls, nor do they keep you inform of what is going on. The customer service is just that customer no service. The people that I have talked to obviously got their education from a fortune cookie. All I can say is I have never ever been treated this way in the past when it has come down to getting loans, 5/3 is the worst.
