Hello, I need to inform you that there is a hair company by the name of '5th Ave Virgin Hair' @5thavevirginhair_ formally known as 'Samyah Milan Boutique' I ordered my hair with this company because it seemed legit. They had official photo shoots, video tutorials of product, and was co signed by some of the hottest chicks in ATL (@dayybella, @funhousejaijai, etc). Most importantly, the hair looked amazing and from the looks of there page no complaints from 'supposed' buyers.
On 4.13.15- I placed my order, I did not receive my tracking until 4.16.15 (3 days later when the site said 2). Then I was told the tracking number wouldn't be 'active' until 3-5 days after that. Let's just say the tracking number NEVER got activated, every time I went on fed ex it said 'not found'. Then, today (4.21.15) I get an email stating that '
Sorry, Your Order has to be Refunded' with a vague explanation stating that there 'switching merchants', cannot do a payout , and I'll have to contact my bank for a refund. No explanation on what happened to the hair. No offer for exchange of a different type of hair. No offer of a check, wire transfer, etc. No detailed information was provided what so ever. I tried to reach out via email and on there IG page and they blocked me and never returned any of my emails. I had faith in this company and wanted to support a black owned business. I am deeply disappointed and quite honestly pissed off. This situation has set me back financially almost $400.00. I have a funeral to attend this weekend and this is the last thing I needed to happen. Please notify your readers that this company is fraudulent, no one deserves to have there money taken!
