Where to begin?

Reagan Rodriguez is a smooth talking con artist along with his girlfriend/business partner, Abigail Widynski.

They contacted me after I applied to a 'job posting' on LinkedIn and tried to steal my money.

Reagan will try to sell you an 'opportunity' on the 'ground floor' of his scam company, 5th Avenue Acquisitions & Venture capital.

About Reagan:

No college degree.

No office locations - works from his small house in Florida.

Will not show tax returns.

Released false press releases about his business, including unverified and false statements that he purchased his business for millions of dollars.

Only wants your money. Sells vaporware.

Practices listed on their site are also false.

780 5th Avenue in Naples is a virtual office - pay a few hundred bucks a month to have an address and mailbox. Nice office!

780 fifth avenue:
http://www.780onfifth.com/virtual-office-program.php

Referring to 'false' practices on the site being only the ones that have sold. What Mr. Reagan Rodriguez doesn't address is that many/all other listings on the site - sold or unsold - are also false.

Where are the offices?

What do candidates who spend tens/hundreds of thousands of dollars 'get' for their money? The 'right' to sell practices under your name? Practices they've had to scout out and find on their own?

As a former medical executive, if you are interested in getting into this business, go about it by leveraging your existing contacts and network. Don't waste your time and money on a scam like 5th Avenue Acquisitions.

5th Avenue Acquisitions

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Well, I don't know if I would call myself smooth talking; however, I will admit that I pride myself in communicating in a professional manner and am very grateful that I have been given a gift to communicate well. But then again I would not say I am very well polished. About me being a con-artist, that is very hurtful to read and I would appreciate it if you would take the time to reflect and ask yourself if it is accurate to refer to me or Abigail as a con-artist. Abigail is a wonderful young lady that loves God and people, and she has helped me with initially  interviewing candidates. She placed an ad on LinkedIn for the areas that she is a Managing Partner for, which are Pennsylvania, New York and Florida and after they pass the first two sets of interview questions then the candidate gets turned over to me.

This is not a ground floor opportunity, we are a Merger & Acquisition firm and we are expanding throughout the United States through partnership buy-ins for $50,000.

I will not try and sell you anything, please go to our website and you can clearly see that we have a very stringent due diligence process http://5thaavc.com/company-overview/due-diligence this is a nine step interview process that takes at least nine weeks, so there is no truth that I will steal your money.

About me not having office locations, there is no truth to that, my office is at 780 fifth avenue in downtown Naples Florida. About me working from my small house, sure I will admit that I work from home quite a bit and so do a lot of business owners, so I dont see any shame in that. About it being a small house, well yes it probably is compared to others but it in reality my home is more than what I need. I am a single guy and have a four bedroom home. Therefore, in reality I have way too much home for just me.

About me not showing tax returns, well when has the owner of a business ever had to show tax returns to the person they are interviewing? Not sure why I need to show my tax returns, but then again I have not had anyone ask me that when I am interviewing them.

The press release is very accurate and the press release clearly mentions that I did not give specifics on the exact amount. I was contacted by a few newspapers when I acquired the company but did not share specifics and I feel there should be a certain level of discreetness when it comes to acquisitions, then again I am in the business of acquisitions and uphold to the strict policy of keeping all acquisitions confidential.

Last point, is about the practices listed on the site our false, well yes that could technically be true because there are several on our site that show that are SOLD and we keep them on our site as prove that we have sold several practices.

Whomever, wrote this please know that I am confused on why you are so upset about our interview process and please know that I am praying for you. I subscribe under the philosophy that we should love our enemies and I welcome your call or email me directly to discuss a matter that obviously has you upset. I challenge you to take some time to really reflect on what we are doing and think about if it may be best to remove this complaint. If anything please remove Abigails name. I care about her and her reputation, me on the other hand, I will take all the jabs and false claims to my reputation!

Respectfully,
Reagan
