5X TRIM600 Unsatisfied with product, terrible phone service, couldn't get a refund Cheyenne
I recieved a phone call from 5X TRIM 600 to try to have me in a contest of how much weight I can loose in 90 days and I accepted. I was to pay for two bottles for $118.00 and get three bottles free. Well I recieved five bottles in the mail and couldn't wait to get started only to find out it didn't work well with my thyroid hormones so I called them on the phone to get a refund.
To my surprise I couldn't be refunded but only $34.00 for returning my supply back to them. When I tried to get the reasoning on that with the service representative she hung up on me, not once but a few times, when I finally quit calling. Don't know what to do now but to file reports on them!
