I will never order over the phone again. They would not return my item and told me that I could not refund it, after being told that I could. Told me all I had to do was pay the 9.95 shipping and I had 10 days to refund. They charged me the full amount. When I tried to return it they hung up in my face. They would not take my phone calls after that. They continued to hang up on me.
