5xtrim This is the most disrespectiful company I have ever had to deal with. They are liers and very dis-respectiful to their customers. Cheyenne, Wyoming

 I received a call from this company to take part of a weight loss challenge for 3 months.  The sales person was very convincing and friendly so I purchased the product.  Never got a confirmation order number until I called the company a couple days later.  However, the very next day I read all the awful comments that had been reported regarding this company and got worried.  When I called their customer service number and spoke to someone about the order confirmation number I mentioned the bad reports and how one person had mentioned that they would not refund their money and was very rude and hung up the phone on them, ete.  The lady told me the refund was probably requested after 30 days so it would not have been refundable. 

Okay so my experience is I received my product on 10-28-2015, with no instructions on the weight loss challenge or how to get started.  As part of the challenge, thwy had said they would pay 7.00 for each pound lost in the three month time frame. 

Okay so I called on October 29, 2015 to ask for the information.  I talked to this lady name Sherail,  and was asking questions about the product, when would I receive the email to get started,  just trying to get answers,  she told me that I keep interupting her and hung up the phone.  I called back, she hung up again on me.  I callaed again and spoke to a man- he gave me instructions oover the phone and said I would get the email in a few days.  After hanging up with him I was so upset over Sherail's actions that I called back and requested a RMA number to return the product becasue I did not want it after the treatment I received from customer service.  I got Sherail again, who promply hung up the phone again in my face when she heard my voice.  I call ed again and no one answed the phone.  I had made these calls from my office phone, so then I used my cell phone and called back again.  I spoke to another person and was told that there was no refund, when I questioned that, she hung up the phone as well. 

 

Okay so I called again, and there was a wait, but no one ever came to the phone.  I hung up waited about 15 minutes and called again. I spoke to another girl and begged her to please not hang up on me, and that I merely was trying to get some questions answered.  She told me that it depended on my attutitue if she hung up on me or not.  so throughtout the entire conservation before asking any question, I asked her to please do not hang up on me when I aks this question.  Then I procedded to read to her abot the return instructionss on my packing list.  She told me I did not have to tell her she know what it said.  But what she told me is not what is on the packing slip. 

She said she did not know why they did not take returns, because if a cutomer did not want it, they should be allowed to return it.  I got 5 bottles, when I ordered, there was no mention that I could not return the product, or that the money would not be refunded if I changed my mind and returned the un opened bjottles.  I spend 109.95 on this product and am stuck with it. and now that I havei it the company is treating me like dirt simply for asking questions about the product. 

I have never had an experience such as this,  this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, they are liers, scammers, and just plain BAD people trained to be rude infact I think they are instructed to behave that way.  Please do not trust them, and before ordering anything by phone, please do your homework and research the company.  I usually do, but was really busy at work and took the plunge.  One of the worst mistakes I have ever made.  I am thinking about consulting with an attorney and finding out my legal options regarding this company.
