Complaint Review: 615 Motor Trendz

615 Motor Trendz Audio equipment for new Porsche never worked properly. After three weeks, had removed. Nashville Tennessee

Had after market equipment specifically made for Porshce installed to accomodate Sirius Sat radio, blue tooth phone and Ipod. From the beginning, issues were found. Went back mulitple times to get issues resolved, but issues of failure occured almost daily to include but not limited to the battery on the car went completely dead due to the installation. Returned many times to have them "figure it out" but it NEVER got resolved.

Finally, I had them remove all of the equipment. I was assured by the store manager, Mr. Chris Clarke, that I would get a full refund of $2294.23 within 14 days. Mr. Clarke was fully aware of all of the issues and assured me there would be no problem with a refund, since the equipment NEVER worked.

Those 14 days came and went, no refund. Chris then told me they would issue a credit to my bank card. He took all my information for the card. That also did not happen. Chris continues to tell me is should have happend and I am sure it will happen and on and on, but as of this writing, it has not happened.

This store is owned by those who own Electronic Express. This store specializes in everyting auto from tires, rims, electronics to cameras and parking sensors.
