I ordered parts for my saturn ion on September 19,2013 for $490.  After continual calling and emailing I received at tracking number via emal October 31st.  Joey had many excuse why it took so long, like it had been raining alot I can't get to the cars and then I hav been swamped with orders and got behind.  When my parts arrived they were incorrect and broken.  I orded a drivers side taillight (came shattered), a rear drivers side quarter panel ( received a passager side front fender) and a rear bumper cover (recieved a cracked one with holes in it)

When calling Joey to report it He stated it was not his fault they UPS damaged the parts and for us to call them.  UPS does not replace parts the consumer (FYI).  We called again.  He appoligized stated he had fired his employee and would ship out the correct non damaged parts.  We waited two more days and called about the tracking number.  We got very rude lady who called my wife a "real b***h" and hung up.  I emailed Joey.  He called and stated he had fired her because she was stealing from him and he will get parts out in morning. 

Again, no tracking number received. Emailed and called again.  Joey stated he was finding all kinds of issues since firing the girl and he was behind. Stated he would ship parts

No tracking number and no parts after another week.  Called again and tha same lady awnsered and was rude and hung up on me.  Emailed Joey.  He stated he had to bring her back because he was swamped and he had to fire another office worker.  He would get dirctly off phone and emai me my tracking number.

No tracking number yet again.  Called and emailed for 3 weeks.  No response.

Finally got ahold of Joey (it has now been 5 months) He stated he had to fire all employees and has my parts in his office and UPS had already came so he would get them out in morning and he had been waiting to hear from us because he lost our address.  Once againg no tracking number received.  Called and emailed for one week with no response.

Now Joey stating he had server problems and is a week behind.  He will ship our parts today.  No tracking number received.

Receved an email from JOey that he is tired of dealing with it and we can initiate a refund from our bank and he would not dispute it.  Called our bank and since it had been over 60 days we could not dispute the charge.

Called Joey he stated his merchant wouldnt allow him to process refunds but he would conact them and find out what to do.  Have not heard back.  Called again and he said he was shipping the parts because he couldnt process refund.  But he hadnot seen his daughter in 3 years and was going to visit her and wouldnt be able to ship for another week.

Bottom line--COMPLETE SCAM!
