Buyer beware! Caution should be given to any credit "restoration" company, and this outfit is a prime example of why. Speed and responsiveness describe the actions that take place only before they run your credit card. After the money clears, however, good luck getting remotely the same level of attention. Emails and calls to the account executive (and management) go unreturned, and when pressed about specifics on the activity of your file, none can be given. When finally able to gather some information about the progress of my claims, I found out that they waited 2 weeks after I signed the contract to even mail the first letter! If you're the type of buyer who wants to know what you're getting for your money, this is definitely NOT the company for you.
