Triple 7 Movers has been hands down the worst experience of my life! They ripped me off from the moment they walked thru the door!!! I had to move fast, they tried to raise the price THREE times, they did not tell me about anything until the day I HAD to leave then shoved all this paperwork at me that stated I had to pay additional for packing AND labor! They did not offer me additional insurance, they get you because it states very clearly in the fine print, they are not responsible for any damages whatsoever and will only pay 60 cents per item for per pound for loss.
I clearly told them not to put my belongings in storage. It took 3 weeks to get PART of things and additional 2 weeks for more and STILL did not get everything. What I did get was broken and damaged, the first time there were only 2 movers to unload a 4 BR house, the second time only ONE! They dropped my piano on it's end, folded my king size mattress in FOURTHS and the list goes on! I took pictures and videos and plan to pursue in small claims but PLEASE check these SCAMMERS OUT AND DO NOT USE THEM!!! SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE NIGHTMARE I HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH!!!!
