Complaint Review: 8 Colors Roses aka Plano Flowers.Biz

My husband while in Iraq, ordered two dozen roses for my birthday. 8 Colors Roses, left the flowers sitting on the front porch in Texas in August early afternoon.

Did not even find them until after 5:00pm. My husband did Not give the release for them to leave them with no one home. After making several attempts to contact them, I finally spoke with someone and was hung up on.

Calling back repeatedly I finally got someone to tell me that they would not refund the money ($148.00) but they would replace the Roses..... They never showed up. Never took another call either.

Filed a complaint with the BBB and after a bunch of paperwork they basically took their word over ours and did nothing about the fraudulent activity either.
