800.com never forwarded my toll free number or ported it over Fort Lauderdale Florida
i first found this service which offers call forwarding and told me they could port over my existing toll free number, so i sent the form over to them 3 times and they never did as they said they would do? everytime i called them they gave me the runaround and told me i needed to send over the new form because they were upgrading something? but the new form looked exactly the same as the old form, i visually seen nothing new, (maybe it was one of those secret invisable marking toys you get from a cereal box on the form that they use?) they sent me the form via email and i replied to the same email, when i called them they said they never recieved it the last two times and the first time it was the wrong form? so if you want to take your chances with your toll free number and possibly never get the service you paid/requested they might be the risk that you take. They also refused to refund my money, but i never used their service!.
