818 Jerseys ripped me off cashed my check and never sent the merchandise Woodland Hills, California
On June 24th, I tried to order a Lawrence Taylor jersey for my husband's 40th birthday but 818jerseys said that the cc machine was down and to please send a check--(which, like a fool, I did)--the check has been cashed but no merchandise--after repeated attempts to get in contact with them, I have not heard back and fear that the money is lost.
I would like to take some formal action against them in hopes of recovering my lost money or receiving the jersey that I purchased. Has anyone had any luck in getting their goods or is it a lost cause? Any help would be appreciated!
