Now, where do I begin? Should I start with the first few replies that were probably written by the manager or leasing office or should I begin with the real problems? My God!!! 1st these apartments list 1/2 bedrooms which targets couples or bachelors/bachelorettes. So I was thinking it would be quiet and fit for a bachelor. That isnt even close to being the case. Moved in and the $33/month for trash service was not made aware to me UNTIL I signed my lease and as we sat and went through it not until the very end (as I was initialing each page) did she say it and slide by like it was no biggy.

I didn't have hot water for several days due to construction doing their job backwards and causing the elements to burn in almost every other unit and maintenance came to my cheap poorly put together uneven NEW apartment every other day it seems with nothing but problems.

The trash stinks up each hallway and if you happen to set your trash out and forget to grab the basket the next morning after 9 you get a fee added on. Everything is cheap. From the cardboard doors and molding to the sinks and fixtures. Watch out for the walls. Every mark shows and it's easy to get them dirty but oh well there is no fixing the smudges unless you paint.

The noise is unbearable. You hear every conversation every time your neighbor has sex every stump step and dog child and voice. You can be laying in bed or simply sitting in your living room and you can hear the people in the unit across the hallway having a conversation. My neighbor snores actually lightly and i can still hear him from the all night anoring to him getting up every morning walking to the closet to pick out clothes then using the bathroom to him sneezing or the occasional cough im used to to him showering and singing and using the microwave. Dont count on sleeping in any day. The walls are made of paper. My brother lives in the projects and its quieter there then it is here.

They just threw these apartments together for a quick buck because of the growing area not keeping in mind if they dont take care these issues they wont be open for long. We no longer have carpenters... Instead lazy construction workers and horrible property developers now days. Its insane that a place this expensive can have sooooooooooooo many problems.

I know people who have cut out on their leases early because they can't take the constant issues and the leasing office will not help. Sometimes it takes them days to get back with you. The dog park or better yet mosquito nest RIGHT NEAR the entrances of the new buildings must suck for them. It sucks for me during the summers. The "not having" a parking spot is the least of your worries when you get home from a hard days work and have LITERALLY no where to park but on the open street when you have to deal with if it rains or snows the entryways will be flooded and carpet wet and stinky smelling of mildew. I would not recommend this place. It's not worth the stress or headache. There are so many more issues I guarantee and the reviews are right. Not worth it!!! Move elsewhere before its too later.
