I placed an order with this company on the 5th of Jan., 2008 for a digital camera after web searching, seeing it had the best price. Got an email that they were processing my order, then one again today asking me to call them to "confirm my order". After googling their site I came across mutliple reports from previous customers that discovered what a phishing company they are. When I called them the first time got a recording telling me that I would be helped in 6 minutes. 16 minutes later I hung up. Called back and was told in 2 minutes someone would help me. A person came on and asked for my order number and then put me back on hold. Another 15 minutes later I finally get some one. They tell me my order is all packed and ready to be shipped, before they got to do their spill I informed them I was cancelling my order. They had people call, left them on hold forever, if this was how they did business they were loosing mine. The rep got really ticked off, yells at me "Well you were only on hold for 7 minutes, fine we canceled your order". Then hangs up on me, I got an immediate email letting me know they cancelled my order, but will be letting my bank know to watch out for them.
