Complaint Review: 86th St. Photo

I read the previous reports and thought I'd try my hand. The prices are so irresistible. The same thing happened as to all the others. I was attempting to buy a Sony camera. They told me I needed to buy the battery separate. When I brought up the fact that the web site said that the battery was included the sales person hung up. I called Sony and let them know what is going on. The customer service rep was appalled and said they will look into the matter. He said under no circumstances should a vendor sell the battery separate. My advice is to complain to Sony.
