Complaint Review: 86th St Photo & Video

After my old camera died, went online to shop for a replacement one.
86th St. showed an ad for a good low price, and shipping within one to two days. Order placed on Sat., conformation via email on Sat. Tues get email to contact them before they can proceed with order. Called, got voice mailbox, left message at 9:05 AM. No reply by 1:00 Pm. Called again, pushed for customer service. I was asked to get extended warranty, as well as accessories for the camera. I told the rep. that I didn't need these items. Next words were " It will be shipped in two-three weeks". What happened to the one-two day shipping?! If you don't go along with their extras, you are put on the back burner. Not one thing was as they said.

There are several places to purchase a camera, but this is not one of them. Beware !
