Complaint Review: 86th St Photo & Video

Same BAD experience as the other reviewers have described! Ordered a Sony DSC-H7 at a great price. Next morning received an email stating "In order to further verify your order, we will need to speak with you on the phone." Jason tried to get me to buy additional memory cards and a battery I said "no thanks, just send me the unit as is." Just as I hung up I received an email stating that "your order will be placed on a temporary backorder until we receive the product(s) back again in stock which will be in about 3-4 weeks." Having seen these comments yesterday I knew I was being scammed as well.

I called back immediately and cancelled my order.They said they'd cancel and my card will not be charged. I will be watching my credit card statement closely like everyone else. Copies of my complaint are going to both the Florida and New York Attorney General's offices.
