Complaint Review: 86th Street Photo And Video

86th Street Photo & Video's scam is just as others report. You order the item and give them your credit card number. After several days I sent an e-mail via their webpage. Got a reply to call an 800 phone number.

When I called I was told that I failed to order a memory card with the camera. To which I replied that I didn't need as I already had one that would work with the camera. I was told the camera was in stock and would be shipped out.

I have not received any further information and have had difficulty with getting a answer from their customer service department.
