Similar story as you can guess. In Jan I ordered a GPS and I received an email confirming the order at that time. Then three days later I got the same message everyone else had received about calling them to confirm the order. They told me I needed a certain upsell item to make my device work and said it would not even start without it. They then sent me the wrong upsell item on purpose. And my tech device worked FINE without it. I tried to speak with them and they were rude and told me that I had to pay them to return it. I contacted my credit card company to cancel the order. SLIMEY!
