I ordered this Cannon PowerShot SD880 Camera on 12/22/08 for $188.95 from 86th Street Photo & Video and received an email to call back to confirm my shipping address 24 hours after the initial online order. I was hoping they were processing my order. Wrong ! They wanted to up - sell me an extended battery for $95.00 that can be bought for $15.00 ! Then I just called back 12/20/09 almost 1 month after initial order to check on my order status only to be told by the SAME GUY that tried to sell me the battery that the delay is from Cannon and my camera wont ship until the end of Feb 2009 or maybe March 2009 ! 3 months later ? WTF ! ?? I canceled the order and called AMEX and Blocked any charges from 86st Photo. What a Bunch of Losers..

I am so sorry I did not just order originally from B&H photo in Dec. 2008 for $20 bucks more.. I lost a great price deal that B&H had and B&H is a reputable company so for $20.00 I thought I would save it cost me 1 month of waiting with no camera and now the price is back at $250.00. I ordered a new different model camera through J&R (JR.com) and it will arrive tomorrow as per UPS tracking. I wish I did a review of 86st Photo prior to placing my order.. if I did I would of ordered my camera from someone reputable and had a camera to take pictures from my X-mas and New Years Eve Party.

They need to be investigated by the District Attorneys Office and Better Business Bureau. 86st Photo & Video Sucks / !!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!! SCAMMERS ! SCAMMERS ! FRAUD ! FRAUD ! STAY AWAY!
