There was a $49.95 charge on my credit card dated last week. I called the number on my credit card (no Company name was listed) - 888-529-4329 - and was told by the rep that I had ordered a weight loss supplement called Rasberry Ketones, which I never ordered.
She said I had to return the product, but I never received any product, so there was nothing to return. I asked her what the name of the Company was who I allegedly bought the product from and she said all she could see was "Hosting for Winners.com". What the heck kind of Company name is that?
She said she was just Customer Service for a number of Companies. I told her I never ordered the product and she put me on hold and then came back on and gave me a cancellation and refund code. This is the 2nd time this has happened with a similar product. I canceled my first credit card and got a new one about six months ago and this happens again.
