ONE DAY I WAS LOOKING ON EBAY AS I ALWAYS DO, I AM A POWER SELLER AND ALSO BUY ALOT. I AM A SINGLE MOM AND EVERY PENNY COUNTS IN MY HOUSE.
I SELL ON EBAY TO HAVE XTRA MONEY. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I NEED A BED FRAME AND WAS LOKING AND FOUND THESE PEOPLE WHO GO BY 90DAYSTOPAY, THE TITLE CAUGHT MY EYE.
YOU CAN PAY WHAT YOU CAN UP FRONT AND PAY THE REST IN 90 DAYS. WOW I THOUGHT TO MYSELF I CAN ACTUALLY AFFORD THIS.
WELL I SENT THEM 100.00 UP FRONT THRU PAYPAL AND WAS GOING TO SEND THE BALLANCE IN 30 DAYS WHICH WAS 157.00.
WELL I MOVED AND I HAD EMAILED THESE PEOPLE OVER AND OVER AND THEY SEEMED TO BE NICE. I CHECKED THESE PEOPLE OUT IN THERE STATE OF FLORIDA AND THEY HAD A GOOD SELLER REPUTATION.
I HAD EMAILED THEM ON DEC 1 TO LET THEM KNOW I WOULD BE SENDING THE BALLANCE ONCE I HEARD BACK FROM THEM, WELL 10 DAYS WENT BY AND I GOT NERVOUS. I CHECKED THEIR WEBSITE, IT WAS NO LONGER THERE.
I WENT BACK TO THE ITEM NUMBER AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THESE PEOPLE HAD LIKE OVER 30 NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS. MY HEART SANK CAUSE I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF FROM WHAT LITTLE MONEY I HAVE MADE.
AND I STILL DONT HAVE A BED FRAME AND NOW CANT REALLY AFFORD TO GET ONE. I FILED A FRAUD CHARGE WITH EBAY BUT I DOUBT THEY WILL DE ANYTHING.
THESE PEOPLE MAKE IT BAD FOR THE REAL PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO NEED TO MAKE SOME XTRA MONEY TO SURVIVE. I FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE TAKEN AWAY FROM MY FAMILY AND I WANT TO HEAR FROM ANYONE ELSE OUT HERE THAT HAS DEALT WITH THESE PEOPLE AND HOW I CAN GET THEM. YOU DONT MESS WITH MY FAMILY! THANKS ALOT

I have a couple of questions first.
1. What date did you pay through PayPal?
2. How did you pay through PayPal (check, money order, or credit card)
If you paid for the item with a credit card less than 60 days ago I suggest you file a charge back with your credit card company. I'd try one anyway if it were more than 60 days-you never know.
I researched the web page that used to exist. It belonged to Jim Joliet at 9869 Horizon Drive, Springhill, FL 34608. His phone number is 352-684-8973.
I suggest you contact the Hernando County Sheriff's Department at
352-754-6830 and report the theft of $100. Let the financial crimes detective know that there are at least 12 other victims.
I recommend you solicit other victims of this guy through an eBay bulletin board. It's sort of like rounding up an e-posse. It would make the charges against him all the greater.
You also have the right to take him to small claims court as well as file a police complaint.
