Beware all contractors of all trades this build has a very nasty management staff that will do everything to slow you down to get acess into building to help your customers staff will curse at you as well when you question them about certain things etc and will not let you talk to any higher up supervisors when you ask them if you decide to go here after being warned from a 20 year veteran a/c and refrigeration licensed contractor / business owner be prepared for a circus also I recommend you increase your price 40% higher to the customer per job here for the drama you will go threw this building management is probably in the top 5 worst ive seen in my 20 yrs being in many buildIngs you've been warned !!!!!!
