Complaint Review: 911 Fast Plumbing Electrical Heating AC & Rooter

The electricty went out in my home and after looking at he electrical panel I could not figure out the problem. I called 911-fast electrical and had a tech come out.

The first thing the tech did was have me sign for the service charge, so thinking that it was probley a easy fix I signed. He then looked at my electrical panel while I watched, but that is all he did, he justed looked. He pulled no tools out, not one. He then pulled the MAIN FUSES looked at them and put them back.

Then he told me I had two choices, $4000.00 to upgrade the whole panel or $859.00 to trouble shoot the problem and fix it. He told me the $859.00 usely covered the cost of the repair. I asked why so high and he said he might have to go on the roof or change the outlets. I have worked in construction for most of my adult life and knew this was a line so I told him no.

He still charged me $89 dollars to come to my door. Later I went to a store bought a $20 multi-meter and checked it out my self. It was a MAIN FUSE, the same ones he looked at before he told me the price.

The next day I called the company and complained they took my name and number and said Client care would call me back the next day. Two days later I called and asked why they havent called they said because they had not been in the office that week.

So I got a hold of a guy named STEVE, he was rude but said my money was going to be refunded. Four days later nothing and no body knows who STEVE is.
