BEWARE OF 911 RESTORATION & CONSTRUCTION [PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS]

This Company is the MOST shadiest and vile company, a company that lives off scamming individuals through their home owners insurance company  I have never encountered in my life such a horrible company, there in the business of taking advantage of people in construction distress and scamming insurance companies on their behalf. I encountered this company about several months ago when one of our rooms came under severe water damage seeking immediate help I called this number in an AD I saw this guy named "Zach" who initially picked up my call and was going to come down to assess the damage and kept "assuring" me everything would be okay an not to worry I could barely understand him over the phone he had an accent come to find out later his name is not "ZACK" its "SACHI" a scammer a middle eastern immigrant who I believe is not even legal as he works under a different contractors license name under a different owner.  He represented himself as the contractor and sole owner of 911 Restoration & Construction but when I looked them up in the department of consumer affairs (available to the public) the CSLB (Contractors State License Board) states the owner of the license and company is in fact a man named ITZHAK COHEN and then it all suddenly clicked why "SACHI" would never give me his last name the red flags were all over about how this company works on scamming people an how "SACHI"  is this front man scammer who gives a cut to this ITZHAK COHEN for letting him use his " Contractors License" ? When "SACHI"  came to "assess" the damage he brought 2 construction water drying fan to begin drying the water a guy by the name of EFFI claims to be his partner after telling me what would need to be done etc he kept once again "assuring" me not to worry and that the insurance company will pay for everything and they’ll redesign and remodel the room perfectly, I kept asking for an invoice or an estimate but they would tell me that they will deal with this later, I was still feeling a bit uneasy dealing with this company which at the time I didn’t know was a scam, but these 911 Restoration & Construction scammers really hit me where I didn’t see it coming taking advantage of the fact that I was in distress pressured to push forward as well as being a young man who has a wife (in pregnancy) with my first child knowing I had to restore the conditions in my home asap I wasn’t thinking clearly I didn’t do research I should of done prior on this SCAM of 911 Restoration & Construction company and this con-artist "SACHI"   not to mention this guy named ITZHAK COHEN  who pulls all the strings from the back - I then asked "SACHI"   for an invoice he kept assuring me not to worry and he would "take care of everything" and "treat me good" weeks later I don't even hear a thing from the guy he comes and gives me an invoice for $8,000.00 for bringing "a construction fan to dry water for a day at the property" this was unheard of an shocking to me of course I refused to pay then he threatened me and told me if I didn’t pay he would put a mechanical lean on my home it hit me like bricks this is the nature of this company 911 Restoration & Constructions scam they do this and that is how they run their business by doing this to different individuals all over they threaten them that "IF they don’t get the absurd amount they invoiced them after the fact  from the insurance claim for doing NO WORK they will then put a mechanical lean on your house" and try to modern day extort you.  I of course didn't flinch I am presuming them In court especially this ITZHAK COHEN who uses his Contractors license to broker out  for a cut of SCAM money and then follows through with placing leans on people’s homes unless they pay up, I feel it’s my obligation to warn ANYONE and EVERYONE who may come in contact with this company to STAY AWAY 911 RESTORATION & CONSTRUCTION ARE SCAMMERS, SACHI / ZACH IS A CON-ARTIST, STEALING MONEY FROM HARD WORKING AMERICAN PEOPLE AND EFFI AND ITZHAK COHEN IS THE VILE MAN WHO BACKS HIM UP.

 I will SEE justice in a court of law I will pursue you SCAMMERS to the ends of the earth and I hope that people will know of your scams so you won't be able to threaten and steal money from hardworking individuals who struggle to support their families and take advantage of the fact there In distress or in a construction crisis. BELOW I WILL POST ALL THE INFORMATION I HAVE ON THIS VILE COMPANY BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM 911 RESTORATION & CONSTRUCTION SCAM ARTISTS  MAN NAMED SACHI/ ZACH, EFFI AND ITZHAK COHEN.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: I recently found out from the CSLB (Contractors State License Board) Infact this license may be suspended on 07.23.2014 if a currents workers compensation insurance policy is not filed with the CSLB how shady you can scam and take advantage of people ITZHAK COHEN but karma has a way of coming back.
