I ordered a Crimson Heart 911MedAlert Pendent and paid $35.94 including taxes and shipping. When it arrived several weeks later what I received looked like something that came out of a bubble gum machine. So I contacted the company. This is their response...

Well I choose another item at an additional $23.00. It arrived yesterday. It's what the company calls an Amazon. It's suppose to be a black onyx bracelet. When it arrived yesterday the emblem was scratched and tarnished. The black onyx looks like glass beads. I'm very disappointed. I have sent another message to the company about my dissatifaction. I haven't gotten a response.

Please do not order anything from this company.

I was wearing the bracelet sitting at my desk. It just feel off my wrist. Upon inspection I found that the string used to put it together is dry rotted and the bracelet came apart at the clasp. Now I've spent $60.00 for something I can't even use......
