Complaint Review: 99 slot machines

Stumbled upon 99slotmachines one night. I was given a bonus. You have to make it through a playthrough, which I did. I also made a deposit. Their website stays 48-72hrs for processing.its been since Oct. 21st, nothing. After countless # of chats, and the same excuse over and over, nothing was resolved? The emails I've sent,  are responded by an auto- response with a ticket #, telling me someone will respond within a day. No one has ever responded. They owe me $2000. After , realizing there is a problem, I researched this company and they are blacklisted. how do they stay in business, when they don't pay out?
