I put in a withdraw request on 9-26-2016 on 99slotmachines.com. I was told to send in valid information and id requrement as well as a copy of my drivers license, and card used to make deposit, (front and back copies of cards). A copy of a utility bill and a faxback.pdf form.... According to rules payout done within 5/7 business days. I kept contacting the company during that time. After the 7 business days I still hadnt heard from them. I contacted again only to be told the documents were never received, and they wanted to restart the process. On 10/7/16 i called 18776761504 just to be told no manager on site until monday 10/10/16. I called them at 145pm on 10/10/16 just to be told no manager on duty until 10pm due to being Malaysia I will call again but by seeing this fraud report on them I'm sure I'm not going to get answers.
