Complaint Review: 9breeders - Roger Menenzes

I found this store by accident while driving home one Saturday. Out in front of the store on Fowler Avenue was a van with the Slogan on it> WEBPAGE DESIGNER... Wow... I pulled in to the parking lot and got out of my car. Hummmmjk where is the WEBGUYS store.... so nI walked up and down and low and behold I find it... It was a puppy store called 9BREEDERS... I should have turned around right then and their... I should have seen the writing on the wall and the bull to follow... but... being I  needed a vWEBPAGE, I walked into the PUPPIE STORE called 9BREEDERS. Whern I walked in , I was greet by the owner ROGER and walked over to a SIDE door with an ajoining office, which he evedently leased out to two young guys about 25-27 years old. I walked in, and introduced myself, and stated what would it cost to do a WEBPAGE for my business. They quoted $350.00 , nhot bad I figured... what did I kinow.

We began goi8ng over what I did, what I wanted and even told them I had a BAD EXPERIENCE with another so called WEBPAGE know it all and got SCREWED out of $350.00. It turned out the other guy was ca haircutter who did this pon the side -   duhhhhh do you want to b***h slap me now or later.

I came back on Saturday and sat down with this guy who claimed he's been doing webpages about 15 years. Hummm... I looked at him and said to myself...when did he start at 15 ??? None the less he praised his ability to get me up and running in ten days....

During the week, I continued to stop by and see vhow he was progressing. With some errors, spelling, color changes, size of certain text, I figured these were minor glitches. My a*s !!  These back door hush puppies did everything "they" wanterd. I was very unsatisfied and let it be known. They copied my old webpage and the copy they did made certain portions of the webpages moved from page to page and overlap other text. mIts called roaming. They never corrected that. I told them..don't put another Globe, I like the original mone I had on the other vwebpage... to transgfer it over... my a*s !! They didn't do that, claiming they like their Globe better... holy s**t my nuts started to burn... Then I told then to HIGHLIGHT certain words... they didn't do that either. I then went back a few days later and they didn't fix anything. I also informed them there was NO NEED to put KEYWORDS on the front pages . It was doi8ng nothing. It wasted space and when you clicked on any words... it took you back to other pages. This was done by two morons and and elf. I continuede to complain about the needed corrections... I was better grinding gtlass in my eyes. They divised the WEBPAGES they way " THEY " wanted and ROGER is the BIGGEST - know it all. The guy is frude, knows it all, cuts you off mid sentence and is GOD in his own mind. I am the payingt customer is what bI told him. Problem... this %&(^$#@!^  was already PAID. Then... to my sprise he tells me, come back in a few days... again, my BALLS wwere on FIRE, and I bit mky tongue. I came back , and got more BULLSHIT....

Now we are going to play this game.

I found out the Company he opened ande has been running is not even a LEGAL Florida corporation authorized to do business in the state, noir registered withy the Secretary nof State. I found out he holds no occupancy license for the WSEBPAGE company in Hillsborough County. I found out from the Division of Finance, he is not registred to do business with the WEBPAGE company on any Florida RECORDS.

GUESS WHAT... I  AM REPORTING THIS TO THE I.R.S. DIVISION OF FINANCES IN TALLAHASSEE, SECRETARY OF STATE, HILLSBOROUGH OCCUPANCY LICENSE PERMITS DEPARTMENT, DIVISION OF TAXES AND FINANCES, AND I AM GOING TO SEE WHAT HE TELLS THE I.R.S. ABOUT HIS EARNINGS HE'S MADE IN 2009, AND SEE THEM USE HIM AS A PROTOLOGIST TRAINING GROUNDS. I HATE SLICK NOBODYS WHO SCREW PEOPLE. THIS IS GOING TO COST HIM. YOU CAN BET YOUR LAST DOLLAR, I AM GOING TO RUIN HIM " LEGALLY ". THIS IS ANOTHER NAPOLEAN COMPLEX.

WHAT MAKES THIS EVEN MORE OF A JOKE IS, HE HIRED ME TO GO AFTER 2 OTHER WEBPAGE DESIGNERS HE GAVBE $4,000 AND $2,000 TO WHO NEVER DELIVED ANYTHING TO HIM.  IS THAT A JOKE OR WHAT ?

NOW, HE IS SUDDENLY A MASTER AT WEBSITE DESIGNS. HE NOW KNOWS WHAT TO DO, AND CAN'T GET HIS POWN MONEDY BACK FROM 2 OTHER CLOWNS WHO TOOK HIS M,ONEY. SO NOW HE IS PASSING IT ON THE THE NEXT UNLIKELY BUBBLE HEAD WHO HE RECOUPES HIS LOSSES WITH BY THE OTHER TWO GUYS, ON UNSUSPECTING NEW CUSTOMERS. WHEN YOU ARE INTO HIM FOR A COUPLE OF HUNDRED DOLLARS THINKING YOUIR GOING TO BE UP AND RUNNING IN A FEW DAYS, HE DROPS MORE B.S.  ON YOU ABOUT YOU HAVE TO BUY A "CAMPAIGN"...  I SAID TO HIM...WHAT DOES THAT MEAN... OH YOU HAVE TO GET OUTR ON YAHOO, GOOGLE AND OTHER SEARCH ENGINES AND THAT COSTS MORE MONEY.  AUUHHHHHH I WANTED TO PUT MY FINGERS IN HIS EYES, BUT THOUGH BETTER OF IT.

THE GUY IS A LIAR, AND A..... WELL YOU CAN FIGURE THOSE 4 ... 5..... AND 6 LETTER WORDS OUT.

REVENGE IS SWEET...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLOWN... HE'LL USE YOU AND WILL DELIVER NOTHING...

WONDER WHAT IT TAKES TO BECOME SO INTELLIGENT AND BE A WEBMASTER IN SUCH A SHORT TIME???  GUESS THOSE NIGHT CLASSES AND READING GUIDES TO BECOMING A WEBPAGE PRODUCER PAYS OFF... REMEMBER THE OLD SAYING  ... WHAT GOES AROUND - COMES AROUND....; WAIT... HIS WORLD IS GOING TO COST HIM MONEY - TIME- AND A FEW APPEARANCES AT CERTAIN OFFICES. I'M NOT DONE WITH HIM BY A LONG SHOT, AND IT WILL ALL BE DONE LEGALLY.
