Complaint Review: 9Round San Antonio- Shavano Park

I was interested in joining this fitness facility and was told I would receive a free week trial and all I had to to get free trial I would just need to have a credit card on file and sign a simple waiver. If I wanted to cancel just come in and I could cancel at the end of the week.

I visited the location one day before my cancellation and I was informed by the employee that I could not cancel that I was in a year contract . The employee gave me the number of the Owner , the Owner stated the same thing and informed me there was nothing I could do .

I was mislead, lied to and I feel that this is textbook fraud and unethical business practices.
