Complaint Review: 9th Street Auto Repair (Perry)

1994 DOGE SPIRIT AGENDA FOR REPAIRS AND REQUESTS:
Car dropped off at shop August 2nd; Car finished with repairs August 9th; Car pickup August 20th - due to issues with KeyBank and insurance check; Further reparations needed:

a. Passenger inside door panel (gap)

b. Passenger mirror not working-control knob (I should not have to pay all or half an amount, as mentioned by Mu, to have it repaired, and I do not think I should have to use my fingers as suggested by one of the techs either)

c. Passenger door knob cover missing (under the door knob)

d. Passenger window not tinted as was before taken to 9th Street Auto Sales and Collision, Inc. on August 02, 2001.

e. Need an itemized repair sheet

QUESTION/STATEMENT:

As communicated by Mu, there would be a return of monies seeing the repairs would only take $1500. There is an estimation sheet given by Sammy to my daughter (Desi) and niece (Shavonnah) that Mu has in his presence. Please advise.

Is there a different price list for non-insurance carriers and insurance carriers?

Why wasn't there a receipt and/or itemized worksheet given?

Note: I get ignored or pushed off when asking a question face-to-face, so what better way to ask.

ADDENDUM: A year later, the passenger car door is falling off. Found out Where Perry is now working/living. He mentioned he would fix it, gave him my phone number. He never called. He now ignore my phone calls and personal appearances.
