Complaint Review: A-1 Affordable Automotive

I live in a complex with numbered parking. I was towed from my spot without any warning and for no reason. It cost $110 to retrieve my car. My landlady did not seem to care and I have no other recourse. I am moving-I cannot afford this on top of the huge rent I pay here. While I was at their lot, there were two other people with the same problem. I do not know how to go about suing this company. I don't have the cash for small claims court.
