If you do some searching on here you can find her home phone number. I don't remember the title of the post but I do remember that I called the number and it was her home phone number.
If you have that you may be able to cross-reference it with directory assistance and get her home address, wouldn't that be nice?
Otherwise, read your contract. If it says you can have the car back whenever you want, report it stolen. If it says you can't have it back unless the other party defaults, then you're stuck dealing with her.
