A-1 Auto Consultants- Rip-off lies "Auto loan and lease assumptions"
A-1 auto consultants claims to be an auto loan and lease assumption company who first contacted me over the internet claiming I would enter into a hassle free contract to sell my two vehicles. They claim to its would be clients that thier payments are made regardless of the buyers performance. They claim to be the "GUARANTORS" of your monies.
I regretfully have two vehicles in this program totally about 40,000 dollars, and have had nothing but problems collecting any money from this company. I have recieved very little. I have had to file complaints with the Attorney Generals office of consumer fraud,the better business bureau and anybody that will listen to my pleas for HELP.
I now am in the process of filing in the Superior courts in Phoenix,Az a lawsuit for the said amounts of money. The principal of this company, a woman by the name of Joanenice shields-Usher contiually ignores my phone calls and if I do get lucky enough to talk to her, she lies about the monies that she has been collecting and keeping for herself.
The worst part of all this is that I'm not alone, I know of at least two others that are being screwed over by this company.

Here it is nearly nine months later, and the lying, stealing continues. I was fortunate enough to recover one of the vechilces and discovered that Jonenice had been recieving monies all along. Now tell me, is that not fraud.
