Complaint Review: a-1 billards

This company is so frustrating to do business with.

I had contacted them on Aug. 8th to pick up a slate pool table that I had purchased from a private seller to deliver to my home in the same city (cape coral) the pickup went fine.. then I was told that it would be in my best interest to order new felt which should be in stock either the next day or the day after..

I contacted them on the 9th inquiring on the order for the felt. I was told that they did not order it until the 9th late so that the order would not be in until Monday.

on the 12th I was contacted inquiring when they could come and finish. I explained anytime on the 12th or it would have to be the 17th.

I received message on the 13th that the felt should be there on the 13th and they would be coming on the 17th.

I reconfirmed on the 16th what time and was told later in the afternoon as they were going to Naples first.

so, on the 17th at 1:15 I tried to contact them the message back to me was "heading to last job. Will give you heads up an hour in advance"..

well, at 5:30 I then reached out to contact them as it was obvious they were a no show..

we can come tomorrow or Monday. I request tomorrow !!! as my son was home for 1 week from basic train and then he was heading back to college citadel for his jr year and we were having a lot of company.

he said no problem around 2ish.

once again .. no show !!!

but everyone that was at my house now knows all about a-1 billiards and firsthand how they operate.

at 3:30 I message "I want my money back and I’m done"

I then received a phone call.. please I will do good by you on my way to get tools.

once again .. no show...

Monday at 10:19 I receive a message "I’m going to give you price break on finished product I’m home with sick

baby .. if you can give me till 10 tomorrow we will have you fixed up"

I reluctantly replied . ok .. his reply "ur awesome"..

so today Tuesday at 10:00 I again reach out.. I received a phone call.. o going to the shop getting tools will be heading over.

well it is now 12:00 and there is still no show.. they just message me "be there in the hour" !!!!!
