I urge everyone in the Belmont area to not do business with A-1 Muffler & Exhaust Systems. I had an exhaust leak. I took it into these guys. A worker by the name of Perry Odonaghue did the repair. He performed a weld. The weld did not hold, the leak was back in less than a day. I called A-1 Muffler and they told me to bring it back. Perry looked it over and acccused me of tampering and would not offer warranty. Why would I tamper something that would supposedly fix my issue?! Then he got belligerent with me and started yelling at me when I told him I wouldn't be having this problem if did his job correctly. He tried to intimidate me. Just what kind of customer service is this?!
I'm out $350 dollars, received poor customer service and got bullied. I had to take my car to another auto repair company in town, Quick Lane. I explained my issue, they performed the repair AND issued a discount for my troubles. Now that's customer service!
For those of you in Belmont, please do yourself a favor and avoid A-1 Muffler & Exhaust Systems.
