Complaint Review: A-1 Roofing - Robert Furey

Paid for brand new rubber roof and replacement of plywood underneath with 20 yr warranty in November of 2004. Started leaking 3 weeks later. After months of arguments I told him if he didn't fix it right or refund my money I would take him to court. His response was "OH WELL." I had to have additional work done because he never sealed the rubber to the roof and water was lying underneath. I got behind on my bills including my mortgage to pay for a 2nd rubber roof. I took him to small claims court and WON but I am still waiting for my $2400. Complete RIPOFF. How can people live with themselves? Have all paperwork and emails to back up claim.
