These guys are one of those India-based businesses with a "supposed" USA presence. They are scam artists more than anything. DO NOT TRUST them! They have terrible communication skills, they pretend to have programming skills, they do not issue receipts, they want payment through Paypal (so they get paid instantly and run away). They are telemarketers and they get their "victim" database mixed up and continue calling even after you've told them to stop. They do not follow up when they are supposed to. They communicate via Google + but they never show their faces --- they are always in the shadows. All you can see are the cracked walls of some dimly lit room.
They make promises and more promises, excuses after excuses and pretty soon any timeline you have is completely off. They do not create their own programs, instead they use free programs available in the internet like Wordpress or CodeIgniter Software. If you don't understand coding, you'd think they created it from scratch. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! Their point man is a high pitched voiced 27 year old (so he says) man named Daniel Miller. Of course that is not his real name. One of his "programmers" is Nickle Kanth (his real name). When they learned I was about to expose them they called immediately to fulfill their promises but they never did. They are liars and cheats! They destroyed all the good I had hoped from India. To think I was hoping to help a fellow entrepreneur from an underdeveloped world ... BIG MISTAKE!

Interesting write up....
I have been running a successful interactive marketing firm for more than 5 years and have been working with A1 Software as part of my website and seo development team. I have been very happy with how they have managed their business and their ability to be solution oriented.
As with anything in life, you must set your expectations with working with someone new, especially when outsourcing overseas or near shoring. There is a definite learning curved involved. In my opinion, you must have strong project management skills and understand that garbage in equals garbage out. I have run into my poor experiences, but A1 has not been one of those.
A1 has come to my aid more than once to clean up other teams messes and been accessible to the point of providing their home telephones and connecting on Facebook. I know their true birth names, but in all honesty I cannot pronounce them and use their alias. In today's day and age, do not expect to get low cost plus a fancy office. It is not necessary and leads to higher costs. The two to not work hand-in-hand. In today's digital world, your office is whereever a solid wifi signal can be found.
I give A1 2 thumbs up and look forward to recommending them to others.
