Complaint Review: A 1 Travel Magical Memory Vacations

I purchased a vacation package a few months ago for a Florida vaction that was to include free Disneyland tickets for 2 adults and 4 kids. This also include a free trip with airline and hotel to Cancun, Vegas or Jamaica 2 nights 3 days.

Today, I went to book, called my personal travel consultant, the phone number had been changed. Dialed the new number, a man answered the phone, stated this was not the number to A1 Travel, nor Magical Memory Vactions. I redialed the number several times. I then went to the website and found, the rip off report. I was astounded and outraged.

I want my money back and my dignity. This was booked through my companies travel department or so I thought. When I called them, they stated that they had no idea who A 1 travel was.

I want to sue, I want my money back and then some. This was my families vaction and my get away, now I am without a vacation and my money.
